Sheepskins are easy to clean. For small spills, simply wipe or sponge directly on the wool and towel dry. When laundering is needed, wash in luke warm water on the gentle washing machine cycle. Use a mild detergent such as Woolite or Ivory flakes soap. DO NOT USE SOAP CONTAINING ENZYMES. Rinse several times in luke warm water, spin or line dry out of direct sunlight. When dry, the wool may be combed or brushed with a hard wire dog brush if necessary.
